Legal & Policy
Eligibility
Standard terms: reseller and VAR orders include 30 days, BPO and corporate orders include 90 days, and a 1 year option is available at an added cost per unit. Final terms are stated in your written quote.
Exclusions
Power surges, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, physical impact damage, and software or OS-level issues are not covered.
Batteries & Keyboards
Batteries and keyboards are verified functional upon arrival. Normal degradation over the warranty period is not covered.
Claim Requirement
A short video clearly showing the defect alongside the unit serial number is required to initiate a warranty claim. Claims without video documentation cannot be processed.
Shipping
An RMA number is required before any return. Return shipping arrangements are stated in your quote.

Spare units, where agreed, are stated in your quote and belong to the buyer.
