Legal & Policy
Seamless Replenishment
Used buffer units are automatically restocked in your next scheduled shipment. The buffer always stays full.
Eligibility
Applies to all bulk orders of 50 units or more. Units must show no accidental physical damage. Normal operational wear is covered.
Exclusions
Power surges, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, physical impact damage, and software or OS-level issues are not covered.
Batteries & Keyboards
Batteries and keyboards are verified functional upon arrival. Normal degradation over the warranty period is not covered.
Claim Requirement
A short video clearly showing the defect alongside the unit serial number is required to initiate a warranty claim. Claims without video documentation cannot be processed.
Shipping
Buyer arranges and covers return shipping of defective units. RCC replaces the defective unit in the buyer's next scheduled shipment at no additional cost.
Ready-Swap Buffer
Buffer units included with 50+ unit orders are part of the purchase — they belong to the buyer and may be used immediately for failed unit replacement.
